Bre's First Blog

I have been reading Audrey's Spaz Filly blog and keep saying that Bre needs a blog herself. She is the prettiest most interesting pony out there so of course she deserves to have her own blog. I will look for some old pictures so I can go into her story a little.

Bre's is a 16H quarter horse mare and she lives in Eagle Creek Oregon. She has been many places in her life. She was born in Missouri, thrown into a trailer at 2 and hauled up to Alaska. I met her in Alaska as a 3 year old and have owned her since she was 4. When she was 6 she got to fly on a plane from Alaska to Seattle, and was trailered to me in Oregon. She has been in Oregon since then. Bre was ridden dressage when she was younger but in recent years we mostly trail ride, and occasionally I get enough time to actually ride dressage.

The latest in Bre's life is a bout of Pigeon Fever. We have a small outbreak at our stable and Bre came down with a classic chest abscess last Weds. I have been out there 2 times a day with a heat pack hoping to get it to burst. More on that with pics later......
